Biography
Served as Senior Vice President- Operations Counsel for Penske Automotive Group for 22 years. While serving in that role, also served as Assistant General Counsel for Penske Corporation since 2017 and as General Counsel of smart USA Distributor when Penske owned that business from 2008-2011. Prior to joining Penske, worked in private practice at Detroit area law firms Abbott Nicholson PC and Alan R. Miller, PC.
